Gastrointestinal symptoms in SARS-CoV‑2 infected: emphasis on increased mucosal permeability

چکیده

The article presents data on the prevalence of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with COVID‑19, mechanisms its development, impact course disease and tactics drug therapy. It is noted that persistence SARS-CoV‑2 virus intestine may be responsible for an increase duration development multi-organ lesions, since intestine, one hand, site penetration replication virus, other, a potential source spread due to increased intestinal permeability against background infection disturbed microbiocenosis. Based this, it seems pathogenetically justified use drugs complex therapy contribute normalization microbiocenosis permeability.
